Lenin in London

In April 1902, Lenin and his wife Nada arrived in London from Geneva, and found lodgings at Holford Square in the home of Emma Louise Yeo.



A building in London where Vladimir Lenin lived in 1905. Blue plaque place. The plaque was initially erected in 1962 on the original building which was demolished in 1968. It was erected on the new building in 1972.

The Crown Tavern on Clerkenwell Green, proudly flaunts its reputation as the pub in which Lenin met Stalin for the first time at the 1905 congress


 
On 36 Tavistock Place, Bloomsbury, London WC1H 9RE. At this address (formerly numbered 21) Vladimir Lenin stayed when in London on 1908.
